The location of the property is more than ideal; guests can enjoy boating to Big 3 Muskoka lakes from this fabulous location; Gravenhurst and Bala both are just 15 minutes away and Port Carling is on a 20 minute boat ride.

The main house welcomes guests with warm wood floors, exposed beams, and soaring ceilings anchored by a stunning stone fireplace in the Great Room. Oversized windows frame views of the surrounding trees and water, creating a sun-soaked atmosphere throughout. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space and features high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, granite countertops, and a large island for prepping or gathering. A charming dining room with lake views flows into the sunken living area, and a cozy Muskoka Room offers a relaxing retreat surrounded by windows. Sleeping arrangements are spread across several levels of the main house and the boathouse, offering privacy and comfort. The primary suite on the main floor features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, in-room TV, and walkout access to the deck. The eighth bedroom, also with a king-size bed, is located in the upper-level boathouse quarters, creating a peaceful lakeside hideaway. Additional bedrooms accommodate a variety of group sizes with thoughtfully styled interiors and easy access to shared or private bathrooms.

Outdoors, this property truly shines. The lake-facing deck includes a new hot tub, a large Crown Verity BBQ, and plenty of lounging and dining space.
