The heart of Mandalay is its elegant two-story villa, where shuttered windows and open verandahs frame sweeping views of the lake. The master suite occupies the upper floor and features a luxurious king-size bed, expansive windows that open to the breeze, and a private terrace. Two additional ensuite bedrooms are also available, one with king and one with two single beds, perfect for children.

Manicured lawns roll gently down to the shimmering edge of Koggala Lake and create a safe and relaxing space for you to relax and reconnect with nature. Towering palm trees and lush tropical foliage provide a sense of privacy and peace, while the villa’s glorious swimming pool stretches out toward the water, inviting refreshing dips beneath the Sri Lankan sun. At the lakefront, a private timber jetty extends into the still waters—perfect for sunrise yoga, birdwatching, or launching a kayak adventure. The poolside pavilion overlooks the pool, garden, and lake, offering a wonderful outdoor dining space for anyone seeking a magical setting for festive dinners.
