The estate is composed of two distinct buildings: the Main Lake-Facing Villa and a private Garden Suite, accommodating up to 10 guests across five spacious bedrooms. The main villa houses four en suite double bedrooms on the upper level, each with a four-poster king-size bed, mosquito netting, A/C, ceiling fan, ample storage, and a desk. Two of these rooms are interconnecting, making them perfect for families. All bathrooms feature twin vanities, indoor bathtubs, and open-air showers surrounded by lush greenery. The Garden Suite offers a private retreat with a four-poster bed, an en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, Satellite TV, and its own sitting area with a pool table—plus an outdoor seating nook with panoramic views of the villa, pool, and lake.

On the ground floor of the main villa, an airy open-plan design invites guests to gather around a large dining table for 10 or relax in the indoor lounge area. A shaded verandah spans the width of the villa and is ideal for al fresco dining or afternoon lounging. Outside, the show-stopping infinity pool is divided into three levels so you can soak, swim, or simply enjoy the mesmerizing reflections of the lake and palm trees. Hammocks and sun loungers complete the picture of perfect serenity. The villa is surrounded by a manicured tropical garden dotted with coconut palms, fragrant frangipani, vibrant heliconia, and pink bougainvillea. A private pontoon with a boat is available for tranquil cruises or early morning fishing trips, often accompanied by the soothing chants from the monastery across the lake.

Villa Serendipity is fully staffed with a skilled chef, two housekeepers, a gardener/pool attendant, and 24-hour security. The chef can craft delicious Sri Lankan or international dishes upon request (ingredients at guest’s cost).
