Designed to maximize its elevated position and panoramic lake views, Sea Heart Villa features clean lines and open living spaces. The home accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each offering breathtaking views of Koggala Lake. Three bedrooms come with king or queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, while the fourth is a twin room – perfect for children or friends traveling together.

At the heart of the villa is a light-filled living area that opens to the lake, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow. The open-sided dining pavilion is an ideal spot for enjoying meals while soaking in the tranquil scenery, while the main enclosed sitting room offers comfort and elegance for evening gatherings. A 45-foot swimming pool merging with the lake beyond creates a dreamy setting for a morning swim or sunset cocktail. On the lower level, guests will find three of the bedrooms, a cozy TV lounge, and an outdoor-access fitness room equipped with gym essentials.
