Celadon House is a one-of-a-kind luxury vacation villa on Sri Lanka’s southern coast. It is one of three stunning private villas in the estate and Celadon House offers panoramic sea views, total privacy, and architectural beauty in equal measure.

With five ensuite bedrooms and expansive common areas, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or small groups celebrating a special occasion. Hilltop location means access is via a charming private tuk tuk or a short walk up a gentle flight of steps – a small effort that rewards with some of the finest views on the southern coast. From the moment you pass through the antique double wooden doors, you enter a world of calm sophistication. The central hallway leads to an open-plan pavilion anchored by a breathtaking infinity pool, perfectly framed by grand white columns and the endless blue sea beyond. Contemporary architecture meets ancient artistry, with hand-carved details, arched verandahs, and vaulted ceilings throughout.

The villa is home to five luxury designed bedrooms (4 doubles + 1 twin) , ready to accommodate up to 10 guests. All 5 en-suite bedrooms are tastefully styled, generous in size and comfortable. Two have their own south facing verandahs offering extraordinary view of the ocean whilst the other 3-bedroom suites share a terrace. Inside, the living room is cool and serene, with neutral tones, whitewashed walls, and warm wooden accents. The dining verandah just off the living space invites slow, alfresco meals prepared by your private chef, using local ingredients sourced fresh each day. The full household staff is on hand to ensure your stay is seamless and relaxed. Food and beverages are at extra cost and could be pre-agreed with the private concierge responsible for the booking.
