Forming a private compound around the original estate house, Armitage Hill features five spacious and uniquely designed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and thoughtfully positioned across three separate villa structures to ensure maximum privacy and tranquility. Due to this layout, the property is best suited for adult groups or families with older children. The residence includes a 70-foot swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a lush tropical garden wall, perfect for leisurely swims or afternoon relaxation. The pool pavilion offers a shaded lounge area, while the open-air dining pavilion comfortably seats up to 20 guests, ideal for shared meals under the stars.

Inside, the interiors are a harmonious fusion of antique furnishings, local stonework, polished concrete finishes, and curated design elements—ranging from sculptural art pieces to historic relics that speak to the villa’s rich past. The expansive living spaces, shaded verandahs, and open courtyards invite the outdoors in, with panoramic views stretching toward Adam’s Peak to the north and the Gin River to the south.

Fully staffed, Armitage Hill includes the services of a private chef, housekeeping team, and grounds crew. Meals are charged based on the cost of ingredients plus transport, allowing guests full flexibility with their dining preferences.
