The villa is centered around beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and outdoor living areas that create a calm and refreshing environment throughout the property. Guests can spend their days relaxing beside the private swimming pool, enjoying outdoor dining surrounded by greenery, or unwinding in the shaded lounge spaces after exploring the temples and local markets of Siem Reap. One of the villa’s most distinctive features is its thoughtful pavilion-style layout, where the bedrooms are separated across individual garden buildings, creating additional privacy and a peaceful boutique resort atmosphere. Connected by tropical pathways and surrounded by lush landscaping, each sleeping pavilion feels private and independent while still remaining close to the shared living and pool areas. Two bedrooms, one kind and smaller twin bedroom are located in the Pool villa. t’s perfect for a family of 4, but an additional bed for another child can be added upon request. The ground floor of the Pool villa is perfect setting for family gatherings or hangouts with friends. It consists of a spacious dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish lounge for relaxing evenings and a TV lounge.

Family villa is two floor villa and the ground floor consists of a spacious and bright living and dining space with glass sliding doors which overlook the lush green garden. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and toilet on the ground floor. There is a large dining table with beautiful views of the garden and a second dining table on the patio, next to a fish pond among the trees and birds. The villa consists of two wings and the west wing has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom in the middle. Both bedrooms have one double bed each (one queen, one king sized), that can be separated into twin beds if needed. Another two children’s beds and a baby cot can be added for additional sleeping space for children. In the east wing is the master bedroom (king sized bed) with an en-suite indoor (shower) and outdoor (shower and bathtub) bathroom, adjoined by a spacious walk-in closet, an office with two working spaces and a TV lounge. The oversized sofa in the TV lounge can be used as additional sleeping spaces for two children.

The last guest villa is a small but beautiful Cambodian style house – Khmer villa. It boasts a cozy king size bed and a lovely terrace with views of the large garden and the centrally located swimming pool. The bedroom has all the comfort required including a mini bar, cupboard, table and safety box. There is also a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower.
