Bedroom 1 is the first-floor primary suite featuring a king size bed, private bathroom with shower, and a private sunroom — ideal for morning coffee while watching the sun rise over Lone Peak and Lake Levinsky. Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed on the first floor with a shared bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination. Bedroom 3 provides a king size bed on the second floor with a shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 features a queen size bed with its own private bathroom and shower. Bedroom 5 is a spacious bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and shared bathroom access — perfect for children. The home includes 4 full bathrooms throughout.

The main living area is anchored by a wood-burning fireplace and plush sectional seating — the natural gathering point after a day on the slopes or trails.
