This stunning, newly built Holiday Rental in Crete Greece is placed on a hillside in Polemarhi, Chania, offering panoramic views of the sea and of the White Mountains.

Iro Royal Villa, completed in 2011, is built with the finest materials, decorated in classic style, with marbles, rich fabrics and warm colours; exclusively designed to offer privacy, indulgence and relaxation.

The villa comprises of two levels and a terraced, well-kept garden with large private pool (50 sq) and outdoor Jacuzzi. The main entrance opens into a spacious indoor living area with the fine marble floors, a fire place, a large dining table and a lounge with a 42” flat TV. At the same level you can find a well-equipped kitchenette, offering all necessities.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to8 guests.

On the first level there is a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, while on the second level there you can find two master bedrooms, both with double (king size) beds.

The first master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in closet while the second master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath and a secluded balcony overviewing the mountains. On the second level, you can also find a cozy, small lounge with a sofa which converts into a double bed.

The property’s large private pool and outdoor Jacuzzi are surrounded by a spacious sundeck with sunbeds, a BBQ with a wood oven, an outdoor dining set, and gardens with flowers, trees and grapevines.
