The villa includes 7 bathrooms and 2 separate WC facilities.

An open-plan kitchen — fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, and frying pan — connects to generous living and dining areas. The property features a fireplace for cozy evenings, central heating, balconies and a generous terrace. A washing machine and dryer, iron, and hair dryer are provided. The villa is fitted with 7 ceiling fans throughout.
