The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms within 800 m² of total living space. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed in the main cabana master suite with walk-in closets and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed. Bedroom 3 provides a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 has 4 single beds. Bedroom 5 is the legendary Tree House — perched above the ground among the trees with a king size bed, a private bathroom with panoramic glass windows overlooking the Sado Estuary, and a private terrace. The villa includes 5 bathrooms.

Inside, every detail reflects the owner's artistic sensibility — furniture handcrafted from reclaimed wood and natural materials, delicate touches of colour, and wide windows that open onto the tranquil landscape. The main cabana hosts an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer. 4 televisions are available throughout the property. Central heating and fans are installed throughout.

Outdoors, the property's charm continues with multiple lounging areas and dining spaces under shaded porches.
