Diamond Estate is a Brand new private, high-end luxury villa rental that is custom-built in a gated community, with all new furniture and household stocked items.  We are located on a private lot with 9,000 sq. ft of living space, on the 18th hole of the Rio Secco Golf Course and Butch Harmon's School of Golf.

The entrance gate is guarded 24 hrs; and it's only 9.6 miles (15 mins) from McCarran International Airport, and also about 15 mins from the Strip.  The Las Vegas Motor Speedway is ~ 25 miles north.  Two attached garages allow enclosed parking a maximum-size touring RV coach with full power hookups, or up to 6 cars, so you can leave day-trip items in your car, and unload at your door.

The villa is fully stocked with a pro-chef kitchen including dual appliances (two Bosch dishwashers, 2 designer sinks/prep areas and antique copper faucet, double fridge and freezer, oversized Thermador gas range with griddle, and double ovens).

 

New flat panel HD TVs are in each bedroom, a 72 inch HD TV with surround sound in the family room, music speakers throughout the home, Wi-Fi access, and a the underground theater room has a 10 foot projection screen and full sound system with 8 leather reclining theater-style seats and bar/snack area. Custom stone and marble carved fireplaces adorn the dining room, living room, master bedroom, game room and family room.

 

We provide luxury Spa bath amenities, towels, and linens.   The master bath has separate vanity and toilet areas, dual showers with rain and steam, a Jacuzzi tub.  All 4 bedrooms have walk-in custom closets and en-suite baths decorated in stone and designer faucet in antique copper finish.

Each bedroom overlooks the golf course, outdoor fire pit conversation area, with pool and the strip views, and you can step onto the spacious wrap-around balcony from every room.  The pool/spa can be heated for a minimum charge based on the therms usage.  An optional extra bedroom provides solace on the main floor surrounded by cherry and mahogany wood; it does not have its own bath.

 

Guests enjoy the convenience of having drink and food items pre-delivered, stocked, chilled, and awaiting their arrival.  No need to rush back out to the grocery, or pack and travel with spillables or special toiletries.  Our guest host will greet you with your personalized home tour, and be available to help with special arrangements or information.
