Three Arch Bay, Laguna Beach, home set atop a hill jutting out towards the Pacific Ocean with stunning 270 degree views of the ocean, surrounding canyons and the city.  See all the way down the coast to Mexico looking south and to Los Angeles Coast looking north.  One of the most spectacular views in all of California, as the house is positioned to wrap this entire view around the house.  Enjoy the view even looking back towards the mountains, so you can see the magical sunset rise in the morning, flooding the house with beautiful orange hues.

The Villa has a custom private pool and spa, which overlook the city lights at night.  The pool has a gate around it for security, with two doors, making it easier for you to enjoy your stay if you have children.  There are also over 1,700 sq. feet of decks with lounge chairs and tables, to bring together this tropical oasis.  Enjoy every minute of sunning yourself and even take in a cocktail or two, you’ll never want leave once you’ve arrived at your vacation villa with a view.

For your EXTREME privacy the house is located within a gated community and at the top of the hill so you can get away from it all.  The beach is also Private and can be accessed in seconds, just down the road from the community.  It offers volley ball, snorkeling, tide pools, kayaks, fire pits on the beach, BBQ grille and tables.  This is all for the private use of the neighborhood. 

The house has 5 designer decorated bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each with their own unique feel.  The vaulted ceilings create a special place for you and your family, with huge family room and over 4,500 sq. feet of livable space.  The living area is large and has sweeping views of the ocean, with comfortable seating areas for the entire family to enjoy.  You can also unwind in our gourmet kitchen if you like to cook, which offers even a novice chef a wonderful space for entertaining.
