Well designed, two story home offers the visitor comfort and relaxation, with easy access to Baby Beach across the cul-de-sac. Only 30 second walk and you will have sand between your toes at one of the best beaches on all of Maui! A relaxing stroll into Lahaina town is a just few blocks so leave the car at home and skip the parking meters! No worries if you have one too many Mai Tai's.
DMX surround sound entertainment system with speakers in each room, chefs kitchen, baby grand piano, and large living area make this a favorite for entertaining. Two zone central air conditioners and multiple fans make Lahaina's famous warm weather a pleasure to experience. Fully equipped kitchen has two dishwashers, trash compactor, large sub-zero refrigerator and a full sized dining area and breakfast nook. There is even a neat little kiddie playroom complete with toys that delights children as well as parents; located first floor in the kitchen/family gathering area. Can be closed off for those who do not have children.
Master Bedroom has king bed and ensuite bath with soaking tub, separate shower and double bowl sink. There are 2 Twin Beds in BR 3 that can be made up as king bed if guests prefer.
Bedroom #5: Queen bed, uses 1/2 bath off laundry room and full bath in hallway (near Bdrm #4) There is also an outside shower with hot/cold water to remove sand from beach or just luxuriate in al fresco bathing island style! Can enter from laundry room or garage entrance. This is a perfect bedroom for the late nighter who doesn't want to disturb the other guests when coming home in the wee hours.
Keiki Kai is welcoming to those who are physically challenged. 2 Queen bedrooms on ground floor, one located near ample sized full bath with shower. Living area, pool and kitchen also on ground floor. One or 2 step access to all ground floor with garage parking available. Floors are stone with some carpet.
