A great master bath with roman tub and steam shower.  New gourmet kitchen with a commercial Wolf 6 burner stove, Sub Zero glass refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, filtered water system, 2 sinks, and a wine cooler.

52” plasma TV in living room, and 20” plasma TV’s in each of the bedrooms. Central air/heat, central telephone system, alarm system, 24 hour neighborhood patrol, DSL Internet, Satellite TV, quality linens and towels, and weekly maid service included.

King bed in master,  3 queen beds, and a 2 twin beds.. The 5th bedroom has its own private entrance, full kitchen, and bathroom. Great for a home office, Nanny, or the in-laws that want their privacy. Walk or hike on the many trails through the hills and to Griffith Park just out our front door. Walk to local Beachwood Market and coffee shop just a few blocks a way and enjoy all the local flavor of this hillside neighborhood.
