This 4,000 sq. foot loft is centrally located where you can easily access anything you need within the city walls. If you are planning a get together or just a get away, this loft is perect for you. The floors are hardwood, creating a fabulous and modern feel, while the exposed brick and natural lighting gives the loft an earthy feel. No matter how you look at it, the light catches every angle the right way. You will never feel too comfortable in our space.

For those who just love to cook, there is a gourmet/chef's kitchen all ready to go. There is enough space for you to prepare a small meal for two or a large meal for 12 of your closest friends. If you love the kitchen or just love to look at a beautifully decorated kitchen, this will amaze you. And to make it even more exciting, Victor Medina has designed the euro furniture that is so uniquely entangled in this modern kitchen.

The open floor plan is what makes everyone happy to walk in. We have taken a large space and created a 5 bedroom retreat, for anyone just wanting to get away or experience some quiet bliss. If you are traveling to New York for the first time, what better way than to rent our loft, catch a show at the Virginia Theater and then stroll along down to Manhattan just window shopping. Oh, and just remember, this is New York, you can get a cab anywhere!
