Renovated in 2006, the Golden Clouds Estate is a private haven for up to twelve guests. The solar powered 5,700 sf luxury estate is located on 5.2 acres and features 6 bedrooms and 5 ½ baths, an oversize 2 car garage, zone controlled air conditioning, hardwood floors and imported tile throughout. High, wood beamed ceilings, hand crafted wood moldings, skylights, fireplaces and French doors create a feeling of timeless grace. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight and services both casual and formal dining rooms. Oversized stone fireplaces illuminate the formal dining room and casual sitting room. The extraordinary master suite features Koa wood flooring, a private sitting room, Roman Bath, skylights and tiled balcony overlooking the dramatic blue Pacific.
Brick walks meander through 5 1/2 acres of lush tropical landscape, sparkling fountains, pools and cascading waterfalls. Extensive verandas and cantilevered viewing decks are ideal for dining and entertaining, offering captivating sunsets and glimpses of migrating whales and frolicking dolphins.
Outdoor facilities include a chlorine-free, solar heated temperature controlled salt water swimming pool and twelve person jacuzzi situated in the perfect spot to relax with a cocktail and watch a Hawaiian sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Combining the biggest projects in Hawaiian residential solar innovation with prototype spa treatments, The Golden Clouds Estate is a top-of-the-line relaxation refuge that is truly eco-friendly. We take a holistic approach to wellness, or total health, taking into account rest and relaxation, detoxing therapies, nutritional advice, exercise, counseling, lifestyle consultation, meditation and self-awareness. Our facilities are almost entirely powered with solar energy, we recycle, and use Jurlique beauty products.
The Beauty Room’s interior is decorated with wonderful wall to wall triptych paintings by Hawaiian artist Bill Braden and surrounded by the serene look of bamboos on the outside. This is the ideal place for a great body treatment.
When our guests wish to immerse in meditation and yoga, we have designed a room that overlooks the Pacific Ocean, the brick pathways and water features of the estate. This room’s flawless modern island decor is complimented by the incredible views.

• The interior décor of this 6 bedroom, 5 ½ bath home was redesigned to achieve a fresh and modern welcoming style with lots of island touches. This more minimalist approach reveals the numerous architectural details of this extraordinary home. The addition of exquisite sofas, chairs and rugs compliment the house and provide the ultimate comfort. Most of our furniture was imported or custom made choosing natural materials of the finest quality available.
• Original paintings and artwork, beautiful art by the best local artists.
• Zone controlled BOSE multi-source sound system (indoor/outdoor) and Home Theater system on TV room.
• Zone controlled AC on the main house. Large Flat panel HD LCD TVs.
• Miele appliances (dishwasher, washer and dryer).
