The kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances including; 2 Miele dishwashers, gourmet chef’s range and ovens, granite countertops with spacious island and just steps away from the kitchen is a gas grill for barbeque aficionados. Two separate spacious dining rooms, a breakfast bar plus outdoor dining areas offer space for large and small groups to gather. The Media Room is equipped with a 60+ inch TV, a video library, stereo, a wet bar w/ ice machine, a computer with internet access (free wireless internet throughout house also), and plenty of seating.

The outdoor area has three pools – large main pool, spa, and a baby pool. The 2nd kitchen is located in the poolside Cabana making it convenient to chill your favorite beverages or prepare snacks. The cabana, painted in a whimsical tropical design, has a refrigerator, ice machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a roomy Corian bar/seating area. For your outdoor enjoyment there is: a generous raised Trex deck, spacious poolside decking, lighted raised boardwalk to the beach and an ocean side beach pad – for daytime activity or evening happy hour. There is also an outdoor shower to use as guests come up from the beach!
