This Beautiful Beachside villa is located just houses from the Ocean in Fort Lauderdale beach, is the perfect selection for privacy, luxury and elegance, with easy access the best the area has to offer.  As you approach you will see your Destination, Havana House, gated for privacy and inviting you in with tropical landscaping, you feel as if you’ve reached paradise.

 

The home offers ocean views from the 2nd floor master suite to the ocean and is set on a serene lagoon on the west side.  All guest bedrooms are set on the first floor on the north wing with a large master suite on the 2nd floor on the south wing of the house.  The Master offers a Beautiful King Sized bedroom, with large settee and fireplace, with en-suite bath.  The first guest room offers a Queen sized bedroom with four poster bed and private bathroom, the second guest offers a queen sized euro styled bedroom with private bathroom, the third guest features a cottage style bedroom with elegant netting and private bathroom, and the last guest room also with a queen sized bed offers you a sleigh bed with private bathroom.  Each room has high quality sheets, pillows, and accessories to complete the wonderful beach house feeling.

 

The main living area of the home centers around the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, beautiful cabinetry, oversized center cooking island, large pantry and separate breakfast nook with seating for 6-8 guests.  A family room offers comfortable seating for entertaining and watching television on the large screen.  A formal dining room with seating for 10 sits perfectly offering beautiful views of the pool and lagoon.  A separate formal living room offers a private and elegant area to entertain more formally. 

 

The entire second floor is a master suite with beautiful canopy bed.  A separate sitting room for relaxing or reading a book opens onto a balcony with beautiful ocean views.  The master bathroom is large and luxurious with a separate shower and soaking tub. 

 

The pool area offers a heated freeform pool with in ground Jacuzzi and beautiful views of the lagoon.  As you enter the back yard you will feel like you’ve reached your destination.  Nothing has been spared to create this luxurious outside paradise.  From the pool, to the sandy lagoon area where the kids can play, to the wonderful manicured tropical landscaping, it is breath taking.  Each visitor that has stayed here has come back year after year, just for the amazing feeling they get from visiting our home.  Additionally you’ll find a not so typical tiki hut with bar area makes it convenient for use while enjoying the outdoors.  Recently the tiki bar has had a flat panel TV added for your enjoyment.  Wireless internet, cable, and local calls are included.  This luxury home is available weekly, monthly or seasonal.
