What most people enjoy about this fabulous house is sitting outside with family and friends.  Our pool is 42 X 18 and includes a kids pool which is perfect for small children.  Your eyes will be visually stimulated with the Tumbling Waterfalls, Spa, hot-tub, and a superb 74ft pool deck. There are also plenty of comfortable sun loungers., 16 diners, 30 ft covered lanai. Separate BBQ area, gas & charcoal. As a bonus there is an extra sunbathing terrace.  The house is very private, not overlooked. There are only views of lake and trees at rear. There is a circular driveway for numerous cars. The house is state licensed for 16 guests.
