Our beautiful seven bedroom / six bathroom home is situated in the exclusive “Enclave” section of Emerald Island, a gated resort community which is within 5 minutes' drive of Disney World.  The house features 7 beautiful bedrooms, each on has a luxury feeling all of it’s own.  The master includes a Huge Queen sized bed, with ensuite bath and plush carpeting.  The Guest Suite “Second Mater” has a beautiful Queen sized bed also with ensuite bath. 

 

Additionally there are two more queen sized guest suite that also have their own bathroom.  The additional single or children’s rooms have 1 Double bedroom ensuite and two guest rooms with 2 twin beds in each that share a bathroom.  The house is 4,000 sq. feet and has enough space for everyone to feel right at home.

 

It is an ideal location for large family groups. Inside, the house is fully equipped to a very high standard to meet all your holiday requirements.   Each bedroom has a TV/DVD/VCR combo with an additional PS2 in the den and a 51 inch wide-screen TV, Home Theatre, DVD and VCR in the living area.

 

We provide free wireless high speed internet access.  We also provide free international and long distance phone calls. The kitchen is generously equipped for eating indoors or outside. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a games room with a pool table and foosball table (table football).

 

The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables, chairs and a barbeque grill. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated south facing 30 foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area. There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool and a child safety fence can be erected if preferred.
