The pool and spa have an IntelliChlor electrolytic generator which uses small amounts of common table salt (less than one teaspoon per gallon) for the most advanced water sanitization system available. Sparkling clean, fresh and safe water with no more chlorine odor, stinging eyes, irritated skin or bleached out swimsuits that you may get with conventional chemical pools! The home has 3 European sun loungers, comfortable informal seating under the lanai for 7 with occasional table, plus outside dining for 10 in the shaded outdoor dining area.
