Villa Elsa is a lovely and contemporary 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with pool and wonderful water views.  The home opens up to a large great room with wide open windows that bring in all the light, great for those wanting to spend their holidays in the sunshine. 

 

The Master bedroom is lovely with a King sized bed, large en-suite bathroom and sliding glass doors that go out to the pool.  The guests rooms have two Queen Beds and on room with 2 twins.  They share a lovely bathroom which is perfectly placed for their use.

 

The living room area is wonderful for those nights you want to get away from it all, 52″ LCD TV and Blu-Ray DVD with Surround Sound and IPod docking.  The house also has wireless internet access for your enjoyment.  We know we can’t live without the internet these days.

 

In addition the pool is heated and is wonderfully enjoyed during the day or night, even in the winter time.  Modern 21 ft motorboat with four stroke 150HP outboard is also included and you’ll get a less shortly after you arrive.  One of the best features of this house is that you’ll be able to walk to the yacht club and enjoy it’s beach, tennis courts, public pool, fishing pier and restaurant.
