The villa has southern exposure and has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and 3.5 bathrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom, 1 bath with adjoining kitchen and living room in the guest suite on the second floor.

 

The large living room has a fireplace, a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. Beside the living room there is a separate family room with a wonderful view onto the lanai. All bedrooms have TV. The entire house has WIFI. The kitchen with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped. Next to the kitchen you have a breakfast nook. In case you need to work you will have a separate office with a printer/fax machine. If you want to work out you can use the fitness room. The large pool and the spa are electric heated.

 

The spacious patio is equipped with enough pool furniture and has a built in summer kitchen with a BBQ grill. You have sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. If you want to rent a boat you can rent it with a 23 ft Hurricane deck boat. In walking distance you have dining (Rumrunners, The Joint), shopping and entertainment.

 

When you rent this home for short or long periods of time you have the option of renting a yacht to go with it, please inquire about the rates.  The yacht can be delivered right to your door prior to your arrival, but would require a skipper course prior to release.  You will enjoy spending your vacation in this gorgeous new home, with nights by the pool, or on the Gulf, it’s truly a renters paradise!
