The house offers a sunny west exposure and it sits on a wide salt-water canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It has 2,300 sq. ft. of living area and it is fully equipped.

 

4 bedrooms (includes one kids’ room), 2 fully equipped bathrooms plus a nice office area - offers enough space for 6 adults and 2 kids.  Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cook top, oven, microwave, fridge and so on.

 

2 LCD HD-TV sets, cable TV, Blu-ray player, hi-fi system (intercom system in every room), several telephones with free local calls. Free use of high speed internet.  The nice pool area offers enough space to enjoy the sun, relax in the shadow or to have fun in the large, solar heated, pool.

 

If you are having a pool party, there is also a gas grill available.  The house offers also a boat dock and right next to it is a lovely sun deck with a tiki hut. You can also rent a boat and you don't need a boat driver’s license in Florida.
