The apartment is a 1,200 apartment located in Bal Harbour, perfect for those who want to be near everything yet far away enough to enjoy the quiet of the ocean waves hitting the shores.  You can relax outside with a glass of wine and just enjoy a perfect vacation.  aS well the building features a gym and office facilities for those who need to work and yet love to play.

 

Outside you will find a shared pool for the community as well as lounge chairs and more.  This is a great space, we hope you enjoy.
