The Sayan boutique building is a private, serene oceanfront building located in the heart of Miami.  Upon arrival our complimentary valet will be waiting to park your car in our secured parking facilities, underneath the building.  Immediately stepping into the lobby area you will notice the Asian inspired décor, including a waterfall with seating area.  Here your client relation executive will meet you with you to welcome you and your guests into your private accommodations.

 

Upon entering our fully furnished and distinctively designed 2 bedroom luxury condo you first set foot into the Great Room.  To your immediate right is the powder room specifically located at the entry for use by guests.  Stepping into the Great Room you will find a unique seating area, styled in the most fashionable of Euro Designed etiquette that would appeal to even the most refined of travelers.  To your left you will find the living room, with flat screen TV, Entertainment Center, the leads to a stunning wide open view of the ocean. 

 

Once in the living room you just go directly to the right and you will find the exquisite master suite.  The Master was designed with the traveler in mind, with its two walk in closets, a full master with his and hers bath and sinks, a flat screen TV and direct access to the balcony.  The second guest suite is located to the left of the dining area and includes a private bathroom, Flat screen TV, and walk in closet.  Truly a vacationer’s dream holiday apartment.
