The Sayan boutique building is a private, serene oceanfront building located in the heart of Miami.  Upon arrival our complimentary valet will be waiting to park your car in our secured parking facilities, underneath the building.  Immediately stepping into the lobby area you will notice the Asian inspired décor, including a waterfall with seating area.  Here your client relation executive will meet you with you to welcome you and your guests into your private accommodations.

Upon entering our fully furnished and uniquely designed Upper Penthouse you are greeted by our state of the art kitchen and great room.  To the right is the kitchen with stainless steel full dishwasher with accompanied by Kohler Kitchen stainless steel sink and faucet.  To your immediate right upon entering the Lower penthouse is the guest bedroom.  This bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV, private bathroom and a private balcony.  To the left of the entry way is the laundry room and a half bathroom. 

Straight ahead is the Great room which has a flat screen TV and entertainment center for your convenience.  Immediately ahead outstretched over the ocean is the balcony where chairs await for those who would like to spend the day lying in the sun.  To the left of the Great Room is the Master suite, which has two walk in closets and a full master bath with his/her sinks.  The Master Suite also comes with Flat screen TV and direct access to the balcony.
