Villa Pappagallo is a blend of elegance, old world charm, and tropical tranquility.  The house is located close to Miami Beach, just 5 minutes west of the Bal Harbour area and just 20 minutes to South Beach.  This central location makes it perfect for those that wan to visit S. Beach but want to relax and enjoy their holiday home.

The house features 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, plus a wonderful office for those who need to work while in town.  The Master Suite is elegantly decorated with a Sleigh King Bed, beautiful hardwood floors and an en-suite bathroom.  You will find additionally 5 Guest Suites with Queen sized beds, each one with its own feel.  The bedrooms are spacious and perfect for large families traveling together.

The most amazing feature of this house is the wide open, gourmet kitchen.  This kitchen has all of the style of a top chef kitchen with its barracuda blue granite, Sub Zero Appliances, and upscale light oak cabinetry.  There is no better way to spend a vacation with your family than to know you will be able to prepare meals, snacks, and enjoy the beautiful view from the window that overlooks the pool and bay.  This is truly a Chef’s Dream.

The living area has enough space for family and friends to gather around and watch TV and enjoy those lazy days at home.  There is also a sitting room by the fireplace and a wonderful outside space for just relaxing and unwinding after a long day of sightseeing.  The dining area is parallel to the kitchen and seats 10 comfortably, but for added seating there is also a second table across from the sitting room where you can seat 4-6 more guests easily.

Outside you will find a wonderful pool and Jacuzzi.  The pool is perfect for swimming, sunbathing or just soaking your feet in while reading a book.  There is also a Jacuzzi set to the right of the pool, which is great for colder winter nights or just to sit in and enjoy a glass of wine.  The house truly sets the standard for relaxation.

As you walk down towards the water you will find the influence behind the name, Villa Pappagallo, which means Parrots in Italian.  These beautiful tropical birds come with the house, a wildlife caretaker feeds them daily and you can enjoy talking to them and listening to their conversations.  They are truly a treat for small children, but please keep your hands out of the cages to prevent injury. 

In addition the house comes with wireless internet, basic cable, an elevator, heated pool, Jacuzzi, local phone, pool towels, bathroom towels, and more.  You can also add maid service, cooking classes, children’s cooking classes, nanny services, or spa services while in town.
