Mandatory Maid Services are required during your stay, due to the high level of designer furnishings and the possibility of damages.  Our maid may enter the grounds to view the home with proper 24 hour notice.   Additionally all production is required to have a permit for their movie and any photo lasting more than 1 day should also require a permit.  Please check with the city.  A damage deposit is needed with each production.
