Eastern Shores is one of the most exclusive gated communities of Miami composed of multimillion dollar homes. This location offers the best of everything, ideally located, surrounded by numerous restaurants, grocery shopping, houses of worships.

 

The villa is composed of 5 bedrooms and 4 baths with 3,000 sq. ft. of living area. The home is very spacious with double height high ceilings in the living area. The beautiful space is great to entertain, with a built-in bar, a gorgeous view of the pool, patio, and a beautiful canal. The living room features great warm Spanish tiles throughout.

 

Adjacent to the living to the right is the secluded large master bedroom, with his renovated marble bathroom that includes a shower and a bath. A sliding door opens us directly on the pool deck and provides great views.

 

To the left we can find the formal dining room followed by the kitchen. Most of the ground floor rooms have water views. Bathrooms have just been renovated with marble and granite countertops.

 

The second floor is composed of 2 bedrooms sharing a beautiful renovated bathroom featuring a bath and a shower. The 2 bedrooms have beautiful wooden floors, the first room is furnished with a queen size bed and the other with two smaller beds.
