Hey, the grill is waiting for your fresh catch! Fishing rods and bait are provided. If you'd rather observe, you will watch local fishermen in the early morning casting nets for baitfish, the sea gulls and Pelicans are also fishing for their breakfast, what a show. On low tide Manatees enjoy passing right under your dock, if your lucky they may stop for a drink of fresh water, turn the hose on if you see them! Dolphin pods are common as well as tarpin and you may even catch a glimpse of a Manta Ray jumping out of the water. With a view of the intra-coastal enjoy watching cigarette speed boats, sailboats, and yachts as they make their way through the waterway.

Boating

100' of waterfront property. There is a brand new aluminum High Tide elevator style boatlift (15000 lb capacity) available if you wish to rent a boat. Boat rental is only a 5 minute drive. Brochures with rates and photos are provided. Larger boats can be docked as well. For an additional fee you can book a fishing trip captained to take you Mahi Mahi and kingfish sport fishing.
