Offering over 3800 sq ft of living area. The North Facing home offers the most in privacy, with it's gorgeous larger lanai and the pool and spa are electric as well as heated. Edgewater Dream has 4 bedrooms (1 king and 3 queens) and 5 baths. Beside the family room which has an open fireplace you have the living room with a huge TV and DVD. All bedrooms have TV.

The open American kitchen has granite counter-tops and is fully equipped. Breakfast nook next to the kitchen. In case you need to work you have an office with a printer provided. Wi-Fi in entire house for your convenience. The lanai has a dining area seating 8 persons and an outdoor lounge set and sun lounge chairs. Gas BBQ grill will be provided.
