There is the main house and then the guest garden cottage, adjacent to the home.  The main home a 4 bedroom/3 bath is a corner lot with an awe-inspiring view of the ocean. The Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It houses the main entertainment with a wet bar and plenty of room for sporting yourself and your guests. The cottage house is an adorable home as 2 bedroom 2 bath. This home is perfect for your in-laws, or another family.

It’s called the Palm Tree Villa for the Palm Lined street and home, which are really lovely at night as a backdrop to the ocean.  It’s just a great place to escape with family and friends.
