La Vida means (The Life) and that’s really what you get when you rent this beautiful house.  The house faces the ocean with just a small road in between, great for those looking for late night sunsets and beautiful Palm Tree Lined skies on their vacations.  The perfect location near Las Olas and all of the Great Bars and Shopping that have become synonymous with Fort Lauderdale Beach Boardwalk.  The Beautiful Villa sits in a double corner lot and features a wrap around balcony.  It may look small from the outside but once you step in you’ll see a large, designer decorated, vacation home.

All floors are travertine and mahogany woods. The second floor is where you will find three of the larger bedrooms, the family room, a wonderful formal dining area and the breakfast nook with eat in kitchen.  The kitchen is lovely with hard woods and granite countertops, perfect for those who like the best and are looking for first class during their travels.

The first floor is where you will find 2 bedrooms, living room, wet bar, and laundry. There are 4 plasma TV's with DVD's one is 60'. 2 car garage and an amazing 20x40 heated pool w/ Jacuzzi extended patio gas barbecue grill outside shower and sink.  This house offers all of the bells and whistles and is professionally managed.  You will find the area is safe and quiet and the atmosphere laid back and charming.
