The home has been completely remodeled, from the travertine floors to the gourmet kitchen; this house has all of the amenities you could expect with a million dollar home.  The layout is wide open with light pouring in from the windows that line the pool and waterway area.  From the living, dining and kitchen area you can find your eyes wandering to the waterway.  The house is meant to attract those visitors who thoroughly enjoy spending their days/nights enjoying the sounds of the ocean.

Perhaps what you come for are the beaches, well this house is within walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach.  Take your children or friends to the beach for the day then come back and take a dip in the pool to cool off.  There is no better example of a great escape. 

The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King sized bed and en-suite bath, while the other two guest rooms have Queen Beds and their own private bath.  Additionally you have an extra half bath for those visiting you during your stay.  While you’re here you can also have the house catered for your benefit.
