The home is situated in one of the most prestigious areas of the Fort Lauderdale, a waterfront community, called Coral Ridge. The location itself speaks volumes about the level of residence, each one with its own dock, most lined with luxury yachts.  It is truly a great place to stay, safe and luxurious. 

 

The house has 5 spacious and lovely designer decorated bedrooms.  The master includes a lovely King Suite, along with en-suite bathroom, a television and views of the pool.  The second, third and forth bedrooms have queen beds, also designer decorated, with an Asian flair.  And the 5th guest room has two twins, for kids or two singles.  The guest bedrooms share two full bathrooms between them. 

 

Those who stay at the house will enjoy the lovely gourmet kitchen with hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  These upgrades were recently done to help to create a sense of a “resort” stay.  The open floor plan living area features a home theater with surround sound and 50” HDTV ,a wet bar and dining area that opens to the pool deck.  The pool is heated for your convenience and there is a lovely grill and seating area for those who enjoy the outdoors.  We hope you like Iguanas and wildlife because you’re sure to see them here, so don’t be alarmed they are just part of the landscape.

 

The house is only 20 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale, Sunrise and Woodbury Golf courses, 10 minutes from the beach and close to Aventura, Boca Raton and Sawgrass Mills mall.  It’s also 5 minutes from world-famous Las Olas Blvd and the area’s limitless choice of restaurants. The home has FREE wireless internet , wifi, front load washer & dryer. Additionally we have a sofa bed for two extra guests.
