The Main House consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a half bath in the laundry room by the pool. The Master downstairs has a King sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom upstairs has a King sized bed and a flat screen TV. Master bedroom upstairs shares bathroom with 2 guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom upstairs 2 Full (Double) sized beds, The other guest bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed.

The detached Guest Cottage consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bath with its own kitchen. This is ideal for any family that has teenagers who like their own privacy.

Within walking distance to Ft. Lauderdale's best restaurants. Walk the beach, kick the sand, ride the waves, soak the sun, and for early risers, witness exalting sunrises.
