Villa Tranquility offers expansive outdoor living space overlooking Biscayne Bay (Intracoastal Waterway/ICW) where you can enjoy recreational boating, water sports, and beautiful sunsets. The estate includes a private-shared pier and a man-made beach area. The beautiful Florida beach is five blocks away.

The house is setup for guests who value their privacy but like the feel of a resort. Primary living and entertaining spaces are located on the main level, which offer water views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows/doors leading to a water-view loggia, heated pool, grill, tiki with outdoor dining table, and the Intracoastal Waterway. For your convenience and comfort, a full bathroom is accessible from the pool area.

The downstairs features a family room where you can enjoy your time relaxing with family or watching movies. The spacious dining room is perfect for meals with family and friends. The beautiful solid wood dining table provides seating for 12 plus guests. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals with state-of-the-art high-end appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf stove. Filtered water is available for your ease and enjoyment. If you prefer, we are happy to coordinate a chef to prepare your daily meals or for a special celebration.

The bedrooms are split with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 5 bedrooms on the second floor; All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The second floor can be accessed through the stairway or the elevator. Five of the bedrooms have a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds for singles or small children to share. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, amazing views of the waterway, and ensuite bathroom.
