This 1920’s Revamp is a Miami Beach Wedding, Historic Residence, that has been kept in almost original styling from top to bottom, after purchase. The owner has decided to open up his lovely house to brides and grooms looking to get married in Miami Beach and looking for a great backdrop. The grounds are expansive and offer a waterfront wedding option, a poolside or courtyard option, as well as a lovely indoor area for having a sit-down dinner overlooking the pool and waterways.

The house features a wonderful mixture of updates as well as truly exceptional and one of a kind art and décor. A modern day museum of sorts, this house can also accommodate the Bride and Groom before and after for their stays. Don’t expect much in the way of new bathrooms and modern décor, this is an original so you will be living as if living in the house when it was originally built. Each piece of tile and flooring has been restored or will be restored shortly to its original glory.

The house is gated, on a wonderful luxury street, lined with celebrities and more. It is a glorious place for anyone to enjoy during their wedding. Additionally groups for corporate training sessions and events are welcome to reach out to us. This property is NOT for everyone. So if you want a new and modern feeling, this is not the house for you.
