This property has been completely renovated, with new kitchen, appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, flooring, deck, Jacuzzi tub, etc. Located within walking distance to everything, including the Vista Bahn and Eagle Bahn Gondola lifts, and all of Vail Village, Golden Peak, Lionshead, and dozens of restaurants. The living room has a soaring 20 foot vaulted ceiling with new furniture.

 

The bedding sleeps 8 comfortably, and includes 1 king bed in the master bedroom with a private oversized bathroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, 1 queen bed  in the third bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the loft. There is a fully equipped kitchen, vaulted living room ceiling, washer/dryer, linens provided, two assigned parking spaces in front of property, gas grill on the deck, and a gas-burning fireplace. The deck has beautiful southerly views to Vail Mountain. The location is close to everything, but far enough away from Bridge Street so you won’t hear the early morning garbage and supply trucks. No highway noise from Interstate 70.

 

The property is on the free in-town bus route, right outside the door. Hi definition cable color LCD 40” HDTV with DVD/DVR and FM/CD Stereo system in the family room. We have an LCD 32” HDTV with DVD/DVR in the master bedroom. High Speed Wireless Cable ready. Activities (on site and nearby): Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Sightseeing, Restaurants, Rafting, Kayaking, Biking, Mountain Biking, Cross Country Skiing, Downhill/Alpine Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowmobiling, Sledding/Tubing, Hiking, Fishing, Horseback Riding.

 

Other Activities: Walk To Ice Skating Rink, Vail Public Library, Gore Creek, Vail Village & Lionshead Village shopping and restaurants, Golf course, On Village Bus route. The Vail Village shuttle bus stops in front of our home daily: One stop west is Robson Ice Rink; Two stops west to Lionshead and Gondola. Two stops east to the heart of Vail Village and Vista Bahn Lift, four stops east to Golden Peak Lift.  This townhome is located at 141 West Meadows Drive in Vail Village.
