The Sneak Peak Residence is one of the biggest residences at One Steamboat Place, and its layout and design is unique. This residence features a wrap around balcony and a large laundry room with sink on the main level. There are two living rooms, one on the main floor, adjacent yet separate from the kitchen and dining area. The second is upstairs and features a 60" flat screen HDTV.

A professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight and inspire the chef in your family and you can also grill outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.

There is seating for 10 at the contemporary dining table and room to seat 4 more at the kitchen island.

The Master Suite is located in its own wing and features a two-sided fireplace separating the bedroom from a library with two chez lounges for curling up with a good book. The other three bedrooms are found on the second level. Each master bedroom sets the mood with a gas fireplace and the master bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub.

All One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. State of the art a/v equipment provides hi-definition entertainment after a full day of activity. The home office boasts an iMac home computer high speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests. A printer is available at the front desk, and guests can also videoconference with the front desk from the home office.
