Through sliding glass doors, the vast great room leads out onto a sprawling deck and garden, which features a grill, outdoor seating and a hot tub. This huge deck sits (literally) next to the Bridges ski run where you can enjoy all day sun with dramatic views of the San Sophia Ridge in both winter and summer.

The luxuriously private master suite and sitting areas occupy the whole top floor of the home with well over 2,000 square feet of living space with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the private master sitting area. The huge master bath has both a multi-headed shower and jetted tub. Stairs lead from the master suite into a lofty office tower. This office tower has a printer and is completely secluded, in case business calls while you are on vacation.

On the main floor there are three bedrooms (a king suite, a queen suite and a bunk room with four twins) and on the lower level you have two bedrooms (a king suite and a room with three twins.) All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and lots of privacy.

On the lower level there is also a fully equipped, state-of-the-art media and games room. This spacious area features a billiard table, ping-pong table and a full size bar with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, icemaker, wine cellar and bar seating for six. There is also a flat-screen TV with comfortable leather sofas for watching TV, or a DVD. This is the ultimate entertainment area for kids, without sacrificing the tranquility of the great room upstairs!

Additionally, there is a mudroom with boot dryers that provides easy access to and from the ski run. The private hot tub sits outside and enjoys beautiful views of the ski run and the San Sophia Ridge.

There is also an elevator, which makes this home an excellent choice for elderly or disabled guests.
