Rustic Timber Lodge is beautifully situated on a hillside in the exclusive Sunbeam Estates neighborhood.  This 4,000 square foot 4 bed, 3.5 bath post and beam custom built home comfortably sleeps 8 guests.  The Rustic Timber Lodge boasts new log and stone construction, wood floors, tile and carpeted bedrooms, Tuscan style décor, an open plan Great Room, Dining area and Kitchen, and spectacular views of the ski area.

 

The Great Room is equipped with TV, cable, DVD/CD player, wood-burning fireplace and expansive windows; and opens to the kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings.  The custom kitchen has granite countertops, an Island with 6 cooktop burners and 4 leather barstools, 2 Vikings ovens, and a Breakfast Nook with a Bistro Table that seats 4.  For further dining arrangements the Dining area seats 10 guests.

 

There are plenty of sleeping accommodations to choose from in this massive lodge.  The main level has two guest suites,   the Treetop View Master and the Woodland.  The Treetop View Master Suite has a king-sized bed with en-suite bath with steam shower, sitting area, oversized closet, and a 32” flat screen LCD TV with DVD.  The Woodland Suite has a queen-sized bed with en-suite bath with shower and a 27” LCD TV.  The lower level offers two additional guest suites, the EverGreen and the TimberLand.  The EverGreen Suite has a queen-sized bed.  The TimberLand Suite has two twin-sized beds.  Both suites share a master style bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower.  The lower level also boasts a den with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and DVD player.

 

Watch western sunsets over the Breckenridge ski mountains from the Rock patio, outdoor furnished deck, or the Great Room.  Prepare a meal on the outdoor gas grill, or take a dip in the private outdoor hot tub.  The home also offers a washer and dryer in the Mud Room, High Speed Wireless Internet, a 2 bay garage with parking for 5 vehicles, and is an easy walk to Main Street and the Skating Rink.
