Lookout Point, Breckenridge, Colorado Vacation Rental
Sweeping views of the Breckenridge ski area and Ten Mile Mountain Range begins the setting of Lookout Point. The rustic architecture and whitewashed log pine beams are harmonized with the stucco earth tone interior. This design creates the feeling of authentic Colorado style with mountain ambiance. The cathedral ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the home with warmth and sunshine. Lookout Point offers year round backcountry trails for the true mountain enthusiast.
Cathedral ceilings in the living room on the main level provide a majestic view of the ski area mountains through the strategically placed picture windows. Relax in the leather sofa and traditional floral armchairs and enjoy the spectacular views. A two sided, adobe style, pass-thru fireplace adds true rustic style to the warm feel of this room. Glass, French doors lead to a spacious two-story deck with a 6-person hot tub. Next to the living room is an added living space with chenille sage sofa and armchair, game table for four, 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD and CD stereo.
The spacious kitchen is accented with Mexican Saltillo tile, rich maple cabinetry and expansive granite counter tops offering room for several chefs. A granite, al fresco bar with 4 stools separates the Kitchen and Dining Area. A casually comfortable ambiance, 8 people can dine at the large mahogany table with views of Peaks 8,9 and 10 in the background. The warmth of a gas fireplace adds to the coziness of the room. A Mexican tiled bar sink is adjacent to the kitchen/dining area. There is a powder room off the kitchen/dining room. Laundry facilities are also located off the kitchen.
