Lofty Lynx Villa, Breckenridge, Colorado Vacation Rental

The Lofty Lynx Villa is a 5 bedroom en-suite contemporary mountain décor home.  The villa boasts an open floor plan Great Room, Kitchen and Dining area, high-speed wireless internet, and washer and dryer.  The Great Room features floor-to-ceiling moss rock pass through gas brick fireplace, flat Screen TV/DVD, surround sound stereo and gorgeous views of the mountains.  The dining area seats 8.  The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, island bar, and all major appliances.  The upper level has a cozy theater-style den with 52” flat screen TV/DVD, fireplace, and game table.

The Lofty Lynx Villa offers five bedrooms, each with en-suite baths.  The Lynx Den Master Suite and the Lynx Kitten Trundle can both be found on the Main Level.  The Lynx Den Master has a king-sized bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, large master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sinks.  The Lynx Kitten Trundle has two twin trundle beds.  The Upper Level affords three guest suites, sleeping 8 guests total.  The Bobcat Suite and the Colorado Lynx Suite both offer a king-sized bed.  The Lynx Bunk has two sets of twin-sized bunk beds.

For your outdoor pleasure the Lofty Lynx boasts a large deck with a flagstone patio, outdoor hot tub, and expansive views of the Ten Mile Range.  There is also a Mud Room to disrobe and house your skis after a day on the slopes.  A free private shuttle is available for guest use between the hours of 8am - 5pm; and a free town shuttle stop can be found 0.4 miles away.  Guests can enjoy many hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails nearby.

The Lofty Lynx Villa can be rented separately to accommodate 12 guests, or along with the connected Lofty Fox Villa to accommodate 24.  Each villa independently offers 5 bedrooms with en-suite baths. The whole villa is called the Lofty Peaks Villa; and guests can enjoy both villas through an interconnecting interior door for passage between the villas when rented together. The Lofty Lynx can be found on the north side, while the Lofty Fox can be found on the south.  Both sides are similar in decor with the same sleeping configuration.
