Enjoy maximum peace and quiet and spectacular views from this gorgeous log cabin style Sundance town home. With four bedrooms (plus a loft) and three-and-a-half bathrooms spread over three levels, this rental property is a spacious and light filled residence for your Telluride vacation. Sundance can sleep up to ten guests.

 

The great room occupies the top floor of the town home. The great room has vaulted ceilings and large windows with huge views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen overlooks a breakfast bar with three bar stools, a dining table for eight guests and a living area. The living area has comfortable sofas surrounding a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The great room opens out to a deck with a gas grill, and breathtaking views of Mountain Village and the San Sophia mountain range to the north.

 

Hovering above the great room is a loft with a trundle bed (two singles) and a half bathroom. On the same level as the great room is the king master suite with a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a steam shower and a jetted tub.

 

On the middle level of the property is another king-sized guest suite. This suite has a private bathroom with a jetted tub and a flat screen TV. You can also access the two car garage from an inside door in the foyer.

 

The lower level of Sundance is very spacious with a TV/den area, two more guest bedrooms and a laundry room. One of the guest bedrooms has two twin beds and French doors leading out to the hot tub. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed. These bedrooms both have their own TV, and they share a bathroom with a combined shower/tub. The TV/den area has sofas and a flat screen TV.

 

The Sundance ski run can be accessed directly from the driveway of the lodges on Sundance. The ski run is approximately 80 yards from the front door of this property.

 

This property has wifi, a washer and dryer and a large garage for two vehicles. The Mountain Village market and gondola station is a one-minute drive from this property, or a five-minute walk down hill.
