Upon entering this town home, guests are welcomed into the main living area. The great room consists of a kitchen, dining and living area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with three bar stools. There is a half bathroom just off the kitchen. The dining table seats six guests. The living area features comfortable leather sofas surrounding a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. The great room has multiple windows overlooking leafy Pacific Street.

On the upper level of the town home is a very spacious, bright and private master suite. The master suite has a king sized bed, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The master suite has vaulted ceilings with views of Ajax peak and opens out to a charming balcony with mountain views. The master bathroom has a large jetted tub and a steam shower. Between the master suite and the master bathroom is a walk in wardrobe that has a washer and dryer inside. This master suite is the ultimate retreat!

On the lower level there are two more bedrooms. There is a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a bunkroom with a full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is a bathroom for the bunkroom in the hallway, between the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Pacific Street Town Home II has wifi and an uncovered parking space in the rear lane. There is also a grill, as well as table and chairs on the front porch of the residence. This is the perfect rental property to enjoy with family or friends.
