Overlook Haus is a bright and spacious, contemporary mountain home with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. Stepping into this home, you will be struck by outstanding views and high-end finishes including a home audio system, a steam room and top-of-the-line appliances. From the garage, you enter the home on the upper level which features the great room and a king master suite. The great room is centered round a three-sided gas fireplace that can be enjoyed from the living room, the dining table (seats eight), and the gourmet kitchen. This impressive kitchen has two Bosch dishwashers, a Subzero refrigerator/freezer and a separate Subzero wine cooler. The stainless steel Wolf double oven has six gas burners, a griddle, a grill and spaghetti pot filler faucet. There is also a microwave which doubles as a warming drawer. French doors open from each side of the great room; on one side is a patio, on the other side is a deck with views of Wilson Peak. There is a quaint seating area adjacent to the kitchen has a flat screen TV. Also on this floor are a half-bath and a full laundry room with front-loading machines. One of two king master suites is also located on this level. It is complete with king bed, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV, a huge closet area and it's own washer/dryer. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a steam shower large enough for two, with two rain shower heads and a large freestanding tub. Sliding doors open out to a deck with beautiful westerly views.

On the lower level, two flights down is the second master suite with a king bed and gas fireplace. Just like the upstairs master suite, it has sliding doors that open onto a deck. In summer, the Aspen trees offer privacy; in winter, the views will be exposed. The en suite bathroom is a replica of the one in the first master suite. Also on this lower level is a bunkroom with four twin beds and one full bed. The bathroom has a large tub for soaking and a rain shower head. To accommodate all the guests in the bunkroom, there is a half-bathroom just outside as well. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a queen bed and a private bathroom with rain shower heads. The star of this lower level is the games room with an 80" projection TV, billiards table and a full kitchen with microwave, Subzero refrigerator/freezer and Bosch dishwasher. There is also a small nursery on this floor with a true crib. The second feature on this lower level is the "party" steam room/shower. With two levels of benches wrapping around, everyone in the house can take a steam together! Also on this ground level is a large mudroom that accesses the outside via a set of stairs. From there, it is only one-tenth of a mile to the gondola and the village core. The garage can house one car and there is room for three cars to park outside.
