Enjoy all day sunshine and incredible Mt Wilson views from this stylish, contemporary private residence. Hood Park is located on thirty-five acres of open space, and has direct ski access to the Bridges and Galloping Goose ski trails. Newly remodelled in the summer of 2010, Hood Park can sleep up to thirteen guests in five bedrooms, plus a flex room.

 

The kitchen, living and dining areas are all located on the main level of the residence. The combined kitchen and dining areas are located on the left side of the home, with the main living area in the middle of the home. The living area has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and oversized windows looking out towards Mt Wilson. There is a gorgeous, sun-drenched deck off the living area with outdoor furniture, a gas grill and a hot tub. This sun-filled outdoor area can be enjoyed in winter and summer as it overlooks the ski run and the beautiful open space of Hood Park. There is one guest suite on the main level. It has a double bed, and access to a bathroom just off the ski room next door. There is also a lovely, private office just off the living area, which opens out to a large north facing deck.

 

On the upper level of the home are two king master suites. One of the king master bedrooms has an en suite with a steam shower and a tub. The other king suite has a combined shower and tub. Both suites have a flat-screen TV.

The lower level of the home has a bunk room and a bedroom with a split king bed (it can be two singles or a king). The bunkroom has a bathroom with an oversized tub and shower. There is also a TV/DVD in the bunkroom. The split king suite also has a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. There is also a laundry room on this lower level.

Above the garage is a separate studio with a queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, a full bathroom and a sofa with a flat-screen TV. This self-contained studio is perfect for teenagers who want some space, or it is perfect as a nanny/pilots quarters!

 

Hood Park has a two-car garage, wifi and a washer and dryer.
